Pond filter
Ideal for the smaller pond, cleared mine crystal clear

Simple design and easy to use
I bought this to replace a Pond Expert filter (of which I have had two). Although they appear to be made by the same company (their addresses are the same!) the PondHero model appears to be a much simpler design. I have only recently installed it so can't comment on longevity but it appears to lack the weak desing points of the Pond Expert. (For example that model has a pivoting flow and return plate which is used for cleaning but is very susceptible to leaking). Sometimes simpler is better and this was easy to install.

Well priced item.
Exactly what I needed to replace an old filter that had cried enough. It is working really well and I especially like the turning handle to help with flushing. No doubt it will still need opened and cleaned from time to time but no big deal.

Works very well, strong, well built, and easy clean. Should last years. Ready to use . Instructions included. Low noise high output. Can be used out of site/ sunk in the ground. Excellent.
