It's almost too lovely for the task!
The fabric doesn't have the sturdy feel like the kind you might find in a restaurant apron, for instance, as it is on the thin side but it does provide cover. That said, I find myself hesitant to wear it for the purpose purchased because it is almost too pretty to risk ruin! The colors are so vibrant & the imagery really is lovely. I guess that takes me to durability, which I have yet to test. I'll check back to let you know the stain-resistance. All in all I'd say it is best to buy this as a gift for the gentle user. It's all good.

This apron was very thin.
I used this product in a basket I put together for a donation to the church. I was surprised how thin the apron was when I received it. The colors were very pretty, however.

Pretty, but Small
Bought this for my Mom for her birthday, and though it was pretty, it is very small. Almost like it is made for kids. Mind you my mom is only 4'something.
