I bought this to use on a couple of long flights to Vietnam and I'm very glad that I did! The button strap at the front gives plenty of adjustment - I obviously have quite a thin neck so needed to fasten it onto the stud that is on the right hand side of the pillow. I was slightly concerned that this stud might pull out based on some other reviews, however even with a fair bit of tugging it seems secure. Once fastened it's comfortable to wear and the memory foam inner is firm enough to support your head while still giving a bit of give and not being too solid. Sleeping in economy on a long-haul flight is never going to be great, but this pillow made it as comfortable as I think it could be so it's definitely recommended and will be travelling with me in the future! It does take a bit of effort to squish it up enough to get into the storage bag, but once in it's easy to carry and doesn't take up too much space.

I’ve been searching for a good quality pillow that will help me survive a long haul flight. This pillow feels really soft and supportive for my head and neck. The memory foam seems good quality. It also comes with a bag, eye mask and ear plugs which are nice. I haven’t tried it on a flight yet, but it’s very comfortable so far as well as it seems great value for the price.

Very comfortable and supportive the neck. I could sleep almost like in bed. Size is perfect and you can alway adjust it a bit of to big. I would say the quality is good as well as after a few usagess it is still good as new 😁

The wad of memory foam at the back pushes your neck forward and I did not find that at all comfortable. It does provide moderately good support at the sides of neck if fastened at maximum tightness (not very tight on my neck), although not very well. I won't throw the pillow away, however, because as I sleep on my side I do need a pillow between my knees and you don't always get two pillows in accommodation. The curve intended for back of neck sits reasonably well over my leg and provides some useful comfort when sleeping. So I have salvaged a purpose from it. The eye shade is soft and comfortable.

Bought this while recovering from a hysterectomy and it has been a lifesaver. I’ve been napping on the sofa a lot and this pillow gives great support for my neck and head, making it much more comfortable to rest properly. It’s soft but supportive and easy to position. Honestly wish I’d bought it sooner. Would definitely recommend, especially for anyone recovering from surgery or needing extra comfort at home.

Overall good item. It does fold up nice and small which is handy for travelling. The material is very comfortable to rest my head on however I found it didn't support my neck very well if I used it round my neck.

Beware. The front strap around neck is not same as advertised. It does not tightly secure to neck. The product received has cord instead. The product received also had coloring defect.

Confortable, bonne qualité. Contente de mon achat. La forme est plus agréable que les gros boudins qu’on voit habituellement. Testé et approuvé sur vol de 11h. Et ne prend pas trop de place. Facile à transporter dans son étui.
