Bad Bottle of Sriracha

I purchased the bottle of Sriracha on the left from Amazon and it is brown, not bright red like it should be. I am not going to use it as it looks old. I paid $12 for it. I purchased the bottle on the right from Target and paid $3.99. It isn't worth spending money to send the bad bottle of Sriracha back to Amazon. However, I think I should be compensated for it. I'll never buy this product from Amazon again.
