Perfect for me!
Love this little pad. It's thick and allows me to stretch out my back while protecting my knees. It's small, compact and easy to travel with.

Super comfortable, excellent for holding longer poses with knees on the ground.
Very comfortable! Yoga and stretching is all about comfort. This is great for when you’re holding a longer pose with knees on the ground.

Lovely Mat - Happy Body
Great! My knees are so much happier now! It’s a lovely, cushy product.

Slippery when wet!
Slippery when wet! No, very slippery when wet. Used in Hot Core fitness and Hells Bells heated kettlebell classes so the sweat is rolling off. No difference either side. Must be used with a towel making the pad a lot less convenient when you need to move it around for different exercises. A microfiber sports towel works well. The padding is great!Would i buy it again? No, if i could find a ‘sticky’ one. Yes, if this is all there is.

Soft and does the job.
Going to order another. It's not showing the signs of wear that everyone is complaining about. If you have knee problems and want a cheap aid to get your exercises done, then just buy this one. It's thick enough that its comfortable. I use it for Pilates and yoga type movements through a fitness app. I'm obese so I have many complaints but I'm about a week in and this thing has been a great help to my comfort while getting my daily strength and stretching done. It's super soft and may show signs of wear sooner because of how soft it is but I don't care. It helps and I don't mind another for my hands. The full mat is just too much for me. I want these shorter pads so they're easy to store and hide in the corner when I'm not using it.

Plush
This made Pilates pain free for me. My knees, tailbone & hips felt great after class. Usually my knees would hurt to the touch for days.

Soft and squishy
This knee pad does the job, but it is a little too squishy for me. I would like it to be made of a denser material, then it would not need to be so thick. If you set anything on it, it leaves an impression that takes a while to go away. If you roll it up, it ties to maintain that shape, which is not optimal when you are looking for something flat. I don't like the massive logo on it either. All that being said, it does protect your knees when kneeling on it. Ultimately, I bought an extra yoga mat and cut a piece out of it. It is thinner, rolls up without staying rolled, and it provides plenty of cushion for me. I was also able to cut that piece to the exact size I wanted. I am sure that I will find another use for this.
