This heating pad and cover are excellent quality and really surprised me for the price. The smell is pleasant and the durability is great. Good and consistent stitching on both the cover and the heating pad itself. I will be purchasing this product again when it’s time to replace this heating pad. I have ordered so many variations of reusable microwave heating pads both online and in stores, and this one is my favorite for the value and the quality by far!

The outer material has a nice soft side. I like that the rice is in four separate segments so the heat stays evenly dispersed. It kept the lavender smell for several uses, but as you might expect, this fades over time. I didn't really care about the lavender, so I was fine with that. Holds heat as long as any rice bag. Overall, good quality and great for sore muscles or just staying warm!

The pad is a good size and lays on my shoulder well. Seems to hold heat well but... as soon as I opened the microwave to take it out a strange smell hit me. I am keeping the pad though because it works well and was decent price. I will hope the smells disappears as I use it more.

I wanted a pad this size, as the one I use a lot is bigger (and much heavier) and not great for smaller areas. Another one for my growing collection of pads…which happens when you get older, lol. I only wish it had straps to secure it (i.e., for a knee). Of course, I looked for that before I bought this, and knew it didn’t have them. None of the products I looked at did. I like that cover comes off easily. Lavender smell? Hardly there. But I’m fine with that; not a fan of lavender in general, liked color. (But then my sniffer is not what it used to be). Maybe it comes out after i’ts heated. Soft material, not harsh on skin. Chinese created and manufactured product. They do provide both an email and email address for support, which is good. One year warranty…you need to register via their email adress or send them a message via Amazon. I have not yet used this. I’m not sure if it actually needs a full minute in microwave; sounds a bit excessive. My other pads are in from 20-40 seconds. Once I zap it and use it, will update this review.

It’s good and smells amazing but I keep needed it get up and microwave it like every 20 mins

This seems like a good item and worked well when i used it. It has a pleasant smell as well. My order was mistakenly sent to the wrong address and never delivered to me , but the seller took my word for this and delivered a replacement item. I appreciated the company's care in doing this.

I included this in a gift bag and it worked well. Heats up easily and is relaxing to use.
