Good but noisy
It’s a good air conditioner. Easy to install , but very noisy when the condenser turns on.

Regret purchase!
I hate this ac unit so bad i had to come leave a review! I'm not one to complain about noise because I'm a white noise sleeper, but this thing is so loud it scares me every time it turns on!The wifi took forever to set up because it wasn't as easy as hitting the two buttons, i had to play with buttons and the remote for it to finally connect when i held the power button down on the remote. I would recommend setting up the wifi before putting it in the window because you need the bar code on the side.Lastly, this thing doesn't cool worth a s***! My bedroom is not that big, the app tells me it's at 60° but there's no way, it's still warm in my room. My last unit was perfectly cold at 62° and this thing is lying!I thought by buying a brand name that it would be a good unit, but I should have just saved my money and bought a cheap no name unit!

Good product
Coldest room in the house. Ignore the comments about being loud! Not! Great AC for the money 😁

Very Noisy - Disappointed in LG
All my appliances and televisions are LG products, and this is the first one I've come across that is just poor quality. The unit cools just fine, but it rattles horribly, especially when the condenser initially kicks on. Wouldn't care as much if it weren't in my bedroom.

Noisy but works
Had it for a few weeks now and it works fine for an upstairs room, but it is noisy.

Air conditioner with many features
Easy to install. I connected to the LG app, which then automatically connected to Alexa. I can use voice commands to turn it on and off as well as adjust the temperature. It is reasonably quiet and cools very well . I am happy I purchased it.

WASTE OF MONEY - You'd be better off with an oscillating fan
I've been using this Ac for just under a year and it has consistently been a massive disappointment. I live in a small one bedroom nyc apartment and this ac is fully incapable of cooling a quarter of the space. It's eco-friendly mode is a joke that automatically sets your temperature to 76 degrees no matter how many times you lower it. There are 3 fan options. Low, high and auto. Low might as well be blowing out birthday candles, high is a gentle breeze, and auto basically means it's going to stay on low no matter the temperature so not sure why it's a feature. Honestly, you'd be better off buying a $20 oscillating fan and putting a bowl of ice in front of it. Total and absolute waste of money - buyer beware
