no will help with mosquitoes and naatshaven't seen any answer after usingbut will not get rid of snakes or frogs.

Cedar chip fumes are known to cause respiratory distress in chickens you should not use this in a chicken coop or around chickens.

Q: White flies and some munching bugs that I never see are destroying my mint, basil, thyme and sage. Is this product useful on those pests?

Yes it will keep them away but for a best result I recommande the yardSafe or the PCO choise

Q: why wouldn't I just use cedar shavings?

This can be applied to lawns - I’ve also applied it to a shed to keep carpenter ants at bay. If what you want can be done with cedar shavings that is probably what you should use.
