If you have high LDL, this product will knock it out in a couple of weeks if that. You struggle with weight loss it will help with that too. There is another product out there but I swear by Cerabeta! I just ordered another bag.

I really like this stuff. I helps lower my cholesterol being that I can't take statins. The taste is neutral. It gets a little thick if you let it sit to long, but I don't mind that. The price is great compares to other products that lower cholestrol. Next day delivery if you're a prime member. Highly recommended.

I only used this product twice and started with 1 table spoon per companies instructions. I added it to my every day shake. Both times it gave my stomach pain/cramps and made me bloated. You can not return this item with Amazon. I will not buy this product again.

Haven’t gotten retested yet, so I can’t attest to its efficacy, but as a supplement, it’s not great. While it doesn’t have a strong flavor, there is a hint of a flour-y taste, which is easily masked in my cup of tea. What I don’t like is its thickening properties. I just added it to pasta sauce and it made the sauce super pasty and gritty. I guess if you have a sauce you want to thicken, this might be a great option.
