I ordered this because of F.O.D.'s regenerative farming practices for their ingredients and because the information clearly lists all the parasites the capsules kill. They are easily swallowed. I had some loose bowls and very minor upset stomach at the worst. What was very challenging was the dietary protocol that goes along with the capsule regimen. 10 days on water, fresh produce, and plain nuts was difficult and I only made it until day 7 before I ate other foods. I was very tired. I emailed F.O.D. for support but never received a response.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I orderedthis and took one capsule and then after a couple days I took two capsules and when I took two capsules it literally cleaned my clock and I'm talking in the bathroom 10 times but I'd first day and very minimal warning it cleaned me out greatly if it's a possible detox then it worked well to clean me out.

It arrived in time. The supplements is effective. It’s easy to swallow . I could feel some dirty stuff coming out from me .I’ll still buy more from the store.Great stuffThanks

Very disappointing! I spent $55 for this product and I dont see no results.. There are alot of other companies i could have went with that I know work so I hate I tried this now. I am still finishing up so if anything changes I will update my review.

First time I’ve ever used anything like this and was terrified because I have a super sensitive system and stomach. Wasn’t harsh and I feel amazing after doing the 10 day cleanse.
