I’ve been using these gummies consistently and I really like them. The taste is delicious, like a light citrus candy, and they’re easy to take every day. Not citrus flavored. They are TROPICAL citrus. They taste like penicillin. I sure hope they work.

I really enjoy taking these! When I was losing a lot of hair a few months ago I ordered these and I feel like they started helping within weeks. Now I have a bunch of new baby hairs and feel like I’m not losing hair nearly as much. I didn’t change anything in my lifestyle or hair care besides adding these gummies. Good flavor and pleasant texture; they’re easy to take and not overly sweet. After a few weeks, I noticed stronger nails and my hair looked healthier.

My nails seem to be getting better and I’m getting new hairs coming up here and there. The gummies are all sticking together in all 4 bottles I got. I had to peel them part and put a little flour in them to keep them from sticking together. I keep them where it’s cool away from heat. That has been the down fall about them. The picture shows what I’ve got in every bottle. Second with flour.

All right so I'm giving these three stars because I just received them. I just wanted to leave a review because I reviewed the biotin strawberry gummies from the same brand- I did not like the flavor so I put in for a return and I got these instead. These smell to me, like nail polish remover or acetone, not really my favorite scent in the world however, they taste better than the prior biotin gummies strawberry flavored that I had purchased so that is a win in my book. I do feel that the biotin ones were working, and I feel like these will probably work too, but I will be able to eat them so they will actually be working versus sitting in a plastic jar on my night stand. I will update in a few weeks.

After using this product I saw a dramatic change in my nails. I used to have brittle nails but it made it stronger does not break as easily

I think it is good.No side effects to me

It's definitely sweet and easy to eat, but don't think it does anything for my hair.
