Best inositol supplement I've tried to far, makes me feel much more balanced.

I was so excited for this product to arrive and it didn't disappoint! I needed something with powerful ingredients that would help with my periods as they can be quite painful & my energy crashes. I haven't been taking them for very long but I can already see a difference in my mood and energy. My recent period was much less painful and I didn't need any painkiller which is just amazing! You do need to take 4 capsules which I thought was quite a lot but from the results l've gotten it's definitely worth it :)

I love the thoughtful blend of ingredients. It contains Myo-Inositol and Maca root, which have been shown to support hormone balance and improve energy levels, and it also includes N-Acetyl L-Cysteine, cinnamon, zinc, and chromium to help regulate blood sugar – a huge plus for anyone with insulin resistance like me. The addition of folate and vitamin D3 is the cherry on top, providing essential nutrients that many with PCOS are often deficient in.What really sets this product apart for me is that it’s made in England, meaning it’s produced under strict quality standards, which gives me extra confidence in what I’m putting in my body.

This is a great quality product but unfortunately I had a major problem - inositol makes me sleepy so I couldn't take it in the morning, otherwise I'm drowsy all day - and this product contains maca, which I find keeps me awake at night, so I couldn't take it in the evening either! I couldn't win either way!So unfortunately I've had to return to my previous inositol supplement which doesn't have any extras, just good old inositol (which, btw, is definitely worth taking if you have PCOS)

Has helped my PCOS alot, now have regular periods. No unwanted side effects, easy to take.

After years of suspecting I had PCOS, I recently received a confirmed diagnosis and have been exploring ways to manage it. I came across these tablets and after reading such positive reviews, decided to give them a try. Unfortunately for myself though, I haven’t noticed any significant benefits after a month of use. There may have been a slight reduction in my sugar cravings, but if so, it hasn’t been very noticeable. I don’t think I’ll be repurchasing them and will continue exploring other ways to manage my condition.

I have a bad case of PCOS. I thought I would try this as the reviews are so good. I wasn't disappointed. Have been using these supplements for the last 2 months. I highly recommend. They have been great for me. I'm so glad to have this ☺️

This is Bad Not Any Good For My Body as They Give Me Bad Digest Problems Bad Diarrhea Everyday When Taking I Can't Cope Now as Had Enough Keep Going To The Bathroom Toilet and Empty My Bowels Out They are Giving Me Bad Diarrhea and Give Me Wind Too So I Can't Take Them Anymore So I Can't Take No PCOS Care Capsules What is Going To Affect My Bowels Digest Problems. I am Very Disappointed :(
