Very lightweight walking pole. Because of the way it folds down it is not adjustable but having used it I can say that is not a problem. I am experiencing hip and knee issues and using this pole allowed me to enjoy a walk without stressing my joints so I am very happy with it. I use a very small backpack and it fits in there easily and weighs less than my lunch!I was going to get two poles but like taking pictures while walking and having only one hand occupied worked for me. Maybe if you have more fragile joints you would benefit from using two together. Perhaps in the future I will get another.For serious walkers a pair could be an advantage. Their light weight would allow both transport and use without tiring and walking in difficult terrain is much easier when you can use poles to stabilise yourself.

These were dispatched specially to arrive in time for my for my holiday as requested.They are brilliant! Very lightweight and fold up small and neat in a little bag. Great for hand luggage or rucksack.Despite their light weight, they proved sturdy enough for some serious walking in South Africa.Once I'd got to grips with how they went together (A diagram would be useful) they were just as good as my heavier ones I normally use at home. They didn't bend at all and my slight concern that the strap securing mechanism at the top would pop open was unfounded.So far so good and a great price for a pair

Arrived very promptly. Extremely easy to erect using a tape in the handle with a good closure system. I am 5' 9" and the pole is perfect height for me. Comfortable handle. Packs down into a bag with draw string, ideal to fit into back pack. Product was as described and seems very strong. May order another one to make a pair at later date.

Marvellous item! Arrived way before the earliest delivery date and is just perfect!! Small, very light weight and fits in my small backpack. Simple to put together and nice and sturdy - excellent!!

Started out great seemed solid and well made but one of the poles snapped in half when I slipped so made Poles unusable and had to swap back to trailblaze aluminium poles which wile thinner withstood numerous slips in the mud without breaking

In June 2017 these were £44.88 - a whopping 55% increase since then.They were value but now you've priced yourselves out of the market.

I needed a walking stick that would fit into a packing case and bought this. It took over 3 weeks to arrive but was in time for my needs. It was well packaged. The stick is as described and works well. It is comfortable to use and suits the users height (5ft 6ins).
