LANGRIA 2 Inch/5cm Memory Foam Mattress Topper with Breathable and Removable Cover (Double)

I bought a new (firm) mattress recently and after a few months, started experiencing shoulder, hip and knee pain (I'm a side sleeper). Eventually, I would toss and turn all night and the pains would wake me up 4, 5, 6 times and my joints were bothering me during the day.Someone suggested a memory foam topper. I did a lot of research on memory foam toppers before deciding to go with this one - read so many reviews. The things people claimed about this product have all rung true:-very little to no smell (the manufacturers claim very little of-gassing due to not using toxic fire retardants like many of the other toppers)-it was quite flat at first and had a fold line down middle but I left it out to breath for 5 days and it plumped up to a full 2 inches-it seems to be real memory foam (I sink just a little but still feel supported)-I haven't noticed being any warmer/overheatingThe first time I used it, I slept right through the night (not waking once). When I woke, I had the cosiest feeling - like I was sleeping in a cloud! It was heavenly! I didn't want to get out of bed! It's been a few nights now and I can happily say the effect hasn't worn off. I look forward to climbing into my bed at night.As I found the reviews so helpful in making my decision, if there are any major changes after using it for a while, I'll update my review. But as it stands now, I highly recommend this topper; especially if you're experiencing joint pain.

Not 2 inch foam. Much thinner than described.

I thought I would try one of these before buying a whole new double mattress costing hundreds . I aired it for 3 days as advised tried it last night , no springs digging in , no pain extremely comfortable , you can turn it round and over , the cover is washable no need to iron , as with all true memory foam it rebounds back to its original shape , for people who want comfort , pain relief and those with leg and spine problems this is great . HIGHLY RECOMMEND

If you suffer from back / neck problems and your mattress isn't too good, this is a great cheaper alternative to buying a new one. I felt a difference straight away.I followed the instructions and let it air for 48 hours, I was concerned as there was a crease going straight down the middle but it made no difference on first use and now its gone completely after a weeks use.Recommended.

Thought I'd wait in giving an review..At first it was a little hard.. "BUT" I would say around week the topper actually acted as it should do, moulds your body.. helps with achy bones etc.. I suffer with FND.. and the pain after sleeping was horrible before I brought the topper.. and now I would say it has reduced the pain 95% a big difference..So yes I would definitely recommend it .. 👍

As a college student who sleeps on pretty awful dorm room mattresses, mattress toppers have always been really important to me -- I put a lot of time into researching for the right one, for a reasonable enough price to where I won't feel bad getting rid of it in 2-3 years. I ended up choosing this one to put on top of a spring mattress (you could literally feel the springs on it, and it creaks when you move on it). Not only does the mattress topper prevent back pain and make this feel like an entirely new mattress, it also reduced the sound of the springs creaking to almost nothing. The memory foam is wonderful, but it definitely is a heavier mattress topper (if you're also a college student who plans on storing this or moving in/out). As for reviews about the smell -- it was minimal when I received it, I just let it sit on the mattress without a sheet for a couple of hours with the window cracked open and it was perfectly fine. Would definitely buy this again (and even sleep on it without a mattress underneath)!

Highly recommended. Great value for money. Left out on the bed during the day with no sheet on and the foam had tripled in size by the evening. All the creases had gone. Feels like laying on a cloud. So comfortable. Moulds to your body. No odour either which pleasantly surprised me. I would buy again!

I originally really like this product, it did exactly what I need it to do, which is help with my back pain from a dip in an older mattress. It's a bit firmer than i hoped or expected, which I hoped would ultimately help with the back pain. However, a few months later it feels like i'm sleeping without one, and I really wouldn't recommend buying this. The topper is unfortunately not 5cm, as described, but closer to 2 1/2 or 3cm, and it also doesn't fully cover a small double, so have a 3-5cm gap on each end of the bed, which is why i deducted another star. The product loses another star for the poor way it was shipped. It arrived rolled up, but with a deep ridge in the middle from being folded in half, which didn't disappear even after 24 hours. It'll take a few days of sleeping on it to straighten out.
