Good, sharp, accurate
Very useful. Been hacking at boards with regular circular saws, using straight edge clamped across. Messed up an 8x4 diagonal cut one day, and had seen a plunge saw on YouTube.. This one not featured, but generically similar.Well I'm pleased to say it exceeded expectations! Very easy to set up for first use, and comes with a fairly fine blade - cuts very thin ply with no breakout, ditto 35/40 mm timber. Tried an even finer blade on it, with no discernable difference. Used it for trimming door bottoms (pre-fit, not whilst hanging - that's just lazy!) Gaffer tape over the side plate aperture helps vacuum away the dust.A vast improvement in my wood butchery.I could have knocked one star as I had to ask for a replacement because the first one was very badly damaged (to be fair, probably the carrier's fault, as I can't believe anyone would have despatched it in that state.

Good value product
Good tool, works well. But the clamps provided are inoperable in normal use, so you have to rely on friction between the (rubber backed) track and the wood

Great product
Really easy to use, great price when including all the clamps and the long guide which comes in really handy. Cuts a nice clean cut.

Prepare to modify before you use!
The build quality is terrible and I had to make significant adjustments to get it to work safely as the safety system was jamming the saw half the time. It also looked like someone had unpacked and returned the item previously! That said once I had resolved the issues it works well and cuts nicely. At this price you can’t really complain but if they just sorted the niggles it would be a great tool.

Does not arrive complete
Most of the product was missing when I opened it. Now have to wait for a refund before I can procure a replacement. Disgraceful

Good quality, good price!
I used just once,It looks working ok..very reasonable price for that tool.. Something that can be easily improve I think is the pin that fixed the blade in place..Good item and good seller!

Poor - damaged after 4 uses.
I brought this saw and was initially very pleased with the quality and the function of the machine & also the tracks that were provided with it. I followed the manual and lubricated before use and also checked the blade was secure. It initially cut very well and had no problem with ply up to 15mm for the first three uses.I then wanted to use it to do a longitudinal cut up a length of 20mm Applewood for use in a resin project. The saw hesitated a little at the start of the cut so I withdrew and checked the depth setting again and started again. This time the blade just stopped with a bang and jumped injuring my wrist. When I tried to start again after again checking the blade and the settings it was making an awful noise, like it was grating inside the motor housing. I took the blade cover off again and could find no play in the blade but I could not take the blade off either as the nut was stuck in place, even after applying some WD40. It was at this point I noticed the blade had come into contact with the blade guard and a little of the guard was damaged/rubbed.I reassembled and span the blade manually to check alignment & there was no contact on the housing/guard, so tried again but still the awful noise & vibration. I decided to perform a 5mm deep cut on some scrap ply and noticed at points the cut was wider than others - this meaning that the main drive pin/shaft had to have bent & there was a slight oscillation.I certainly did not expect this to happen cutting a 20mm piece of wood, so must conclude it as a result of poor quality parts or manufacturing process.I normally only buy Bosch pro or Festool but as I wasn’t planing in using the track saw much I thought I would save a few ££ - this has confirmed that I should not buy cheap in future. So my advice is don’t buy this saw if you want to cut deep with hard woods. It’s okay if you just cut thin ply but otherwise avoid.
