Set of 6 Jumbo 5" Light Up Puffer Ball Yo-Yos by Pudgy Pedro’s Party Supplies

My 4 year old ask for a yo yo from Santa. Not sure where he got that idea. I think he saw one in a book. This was perfect. I knew a real yo yo would result in a black eye for him and his sibling (2yrs). These are soft, squishy and I didn’t realize they lighted up. Super cute. They lasted about a month. Some of the lights went out early and some ripped on the string part. But overall they served their Christmas purpose and no one lost a tooth on a hard traditional yo yo.

Balls light up when bounced or otherwise impacted. The lights added an extra dose of fun to these balls. Played in the dark with my 3 year old grandson and literally had a ball.

Love love love these puffer balls! Love that they are so durable and that they light up. The only down side was that 2 of the balls didn’t light up upon receiving them.

Bought for my nephew and his friends. So far they are doing great. They came as advertised and on time.

I bought these for a preschooler's birthday party. They arrived in a box (inside the Amazon shipment box), and when you open the little box, it's a big, bouncy, squishy riot of color. Very fun to look at! The kids basically attacked the box and gleefully grabbed the puffer ball yo-yos (or whatever they're called) and we took them downstairs to use with other glow-in-the-dark toys.If I were to review these balls based on Day One of owning them, I'd give them five stars -- they were fun to look at, and the kids had so much fun playing with them. They are squishy and provide good tactile/sensory play. When you hit them on the ground or smash them in your hands, smaller balls inside light up and flash. The kids had fun pulling on all the little tendrils, and each ball has one longer tendril or yo-yo "string," with a little loop at the end that the kids could put their fingers through.However, one of the balls didn't light up from the very beginning. Within a couple days, another one or two stopped working and even with just regular play, the longer yo-yo "strings" broke easily. After a week, most of the longer strings were broken, half the balls didn't work anymore, and even ones that DID still work had somehow deflated, so that they weren't really round balls anymore.That being said -- the kids still have fun with the ones that light up! If you're looking for a one-off, one-day activity, like for a party, I'd give this five stars. If you want it to last longer than 24 hours, we're down to three... Though honestly, I still might buy them for a party again, the kids enjoyed them so much.

We purchased these fro a glow in the dark Easter egg hunt. They were a huge HIT and a favorite with the kids!! The only negative was the finger holes break off fairly easy.

I ordered these for birthday party favors for a 10-year-old's sleepover, and 1/3 didn't work when I got them out of the box. They wouldn't light up, no matter how much we tried. Another completely deflated in minutes and the "yoyo strings" (the same rubber material) broke off of a few after only a few minutes of play. Disappointing for my son. I should have ordered even more extras to ensure that we had enough working for the party. I wouldn't purchase again.

Very disappointed with this purchase. 2 came almost completely deflated, 1 fairly deflated and 1 did not light up from the very beginning. I don't know how long the 2 others will last. Even so, 13$ for this is very pricy. If possible I would give 0 stars.
