I watched a Netflix series “salt fat acid heat” and the chef recommended it. She said that alot of chefs use this salt since it’s less salty than other brands and it takes a little bit getting used to how much to use but let me tell you. Once you get the hang of the amount, oh man! My very favorite salt it’s flaky and light and the only reason I give it four stars isn’t for the quality of the product. It is the annoying way to open the package without spilling plus the package gets damaged if you don’t store in just the right area, but the salt itself is wonderful.
