Magnesium is great for sleep and preventing leg and foot cramps. For some reason, I only get the leg and foot cramps when I sleep and using this prevents them. My sleep is great as I know this is essential and what we need so I will continue to take it. It tastes good. Pineapple flavor is very tasty.

This product has changed my sleeping pattern at night. I take it 30mins before I go to bed. My mind goes all the time and this puts it at sleep. Now I may only get 5hrs of sleep which is normal for me. I feel rested the next day and if I dont take it. I can tell. I have recommended this product to several friends. Taste is good. I love this it tastes so good and with in about 30 minutes of taking it I am ready to go to sleep. Believe me when I say that is a good thing because before I started taking this it would take me forever to fall asleep and I would wake up all through the night. I might wake up once or twice a night now and that’s not every night that’s once in a while. I just ordered my second bottle and I put it on auto ship so I don’t have to worry about running out. I 100% recommend this product.

I have to say this is a yes from me, I am caring for an older person, who was having trouble sleeping and had some aches and pains. I thought I would try this and YES it has helped tremendously. The taste is good, easy to use, Seems her knee pain is gone, back pain is gone, and she is sleeping through the night, I started taking it myself and will be ordering more... I do like this product very much.

UPDATE: 12/17/25 I started taking 1 dropper every other night but found I was still struggling to sleep. This week I started taking 1 dropper in the morning so I get the magnesium I need. I also buy this for my 19 and 21 year old granddaughters and they say it helps them a lot with their sleep. So… maybe it’s just me 🤷🏼‍♀️ I bought this because I’m having trouble sleeping and I know magnesium is supposed to help with that. I’m not sure about this product. The dosage says 2 droppers. When I take 2 I wake up Incredibly groggy. So I’ve cut it back to one. And it seems one night I’ll sleep like a log and the next night I either have very disrupted sleep or I can’t sleep at all. I don’t know what’s up with that. I’ll finish the bottle and reevaluate.
