Anybody know why my phone wont connect to the watch?

You must first Download "Da Fit" App to your smart phone. Open the app then open phone's "Settings" find select "Bluetooth." Q50 should appear under Listed devices. Select Q50 for "pairing" for watch to connect. Hopefully this will work. btw: Smart watches do not connect with flip phones.
