even though the mixture screws were not in the original position I didn't even have to adjust them.
this carb worked well but adjustment screws were not in the original position.

Resurrected a 30 yr old Stihl 025
Have a Stihl 025 that I bought in the ‘90’s. Took it into an authorized dealer about 15 years ago, they said it needed a new carb and the didn’t make it anymore. Had to buy new, but lower power low profile. Found this on Amazon and it worked right out of the box. High end needs a little adjustment but I am extremely impressed that I was able to salvage such a high performance chainsaw.

Good price. Easy to install. Worked great. Didnt have to make any adjustments

Exact fit.
Bought for an older Stihl 025. Start to finish about a 10 minute install for the carb only. Fired up on the second pull. Had to adjust the low idle about a half turn. High run was right on. Perfect fit. Way cheaper than OEM. Saw is running like new again!

Works out on Older Model 021
Saw runs perfectly now, Be careful to look over saw and replace just what's needed. My older 021 is not a easy saw to work on. If you want to replace everything with what is supplied you will have to completely disassemble the whole saw. I replaced carb, engine vent line, fuel line, carb gasket. Took me 3 hours. Not easy going. Also, Air filter supplied does not fit my saw, just cleaned and used old one. Did need to adjust carb, was set too rich on high speed.

Perfect fit, instant start
The hardest part was inserting the rubber grommet in the fuel tank. Started second pul and idled perfectly. Highly recommend

Simply can't be beat for the price and apparent build quality. Ran perfectly right after install. The high and low oil fuel ratio adjustment screws don't match up with the OEM placements, they're too close together to fit into the rubber piece. I had to modify the rubber screwdriver ports in order to install the carburetor.

Worked very well on an ms250. On the newer model machines you will need to modify the existing vent or use the supplied vent it comes with since the H/L Screws aren't the same. I set the Screws each at 1 turn out. Started and idled perfectly. Surprised with all the parts it came with for the price.
