In my opinion Teraflex makes the best of these brands in terms of quality
Purchased this item for a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport. I have installed a number of lifts on Wrangler JK's over the years including Old Man Emu (OME); Skyjacker; Rough Country and Mopar. In my opinion Teraflex makes the best of these brands in terms of quality, completeness of components as well as overall installation instructions and support. The lift itself went on with minimal issues taking about 3 hours to complete the rear and 2 hours to complete the front. Take the time to review a couple of instructional video's online which will save you time when you are installing the lift. Based on my experience, the rear brake line relocation brackets are not needed and when used result in the brake lines sticking out and rubbing with the rear shock absorbers. In addition, I installed the rear bumpstop and had issues as it left less than 3" of travel; I opted not to install either the front or rear teraflex bumpstops. Beyond that, the install fit perfectly and all hardware was included. The ride quality did improve over the stock "Sport" suspension ride quality. By improve, the ride is now softer and the suspension absorbs the bumps better than it had with the stock suspension. In addition to adding the suspension lift; I added 1.5" wheel spacers and was able to fit 33.25" Tires (295x75x17) with no issues. If installing larger tires, ensure you get an actual tire diameter and width and do not rely on the generic specifications published by manufacturers as they are often times inflated vs. actual size. I did not install the exhaust spacer that is advertised as I do not plan on using the Jeep off-road where I will be maxing out the articulation or suspension. Based on literature, this exhaust spacer is required/recommended when you will be flexing the suspension to it's limit. Highly recommend the suspension lift!

Easy Install
I finally installed the lift this weekend on a JKU in my garage. Having watched the YouTube videos helped before starting this project. The springs and shocks with this kit are more heavy-duty than the OEM components. I didn't have any problems, although I wish I would have bought the JKS sway bar quick disconnects at the same time. I have simple tools nothing special.... floor jack, jack stands, and standard wrenches and ratchets, pry bar. I measured the front fender flare at the lower edge and it was exactly 36 inches; once complete I measured again and it was 39 1/4, so a little more than just 2.5 inches of lift. The ride is certainly better than stock, that was the first thing I noticed other than being higher. My wife even mentioned it was smoother than the stock suspension. Very happy that I put this lift on my Jeep. Watch the YouTube videos, plan on 5 hours, consider the JKS quick disconnects for the front sway bar. I had my 10 year old son help, mostly raising and lowering the jack and minor gopher work otherwise I did this myself in about 5 hours.

Good purchase, nice product, Teraflex makes some pretty decent stuff.
Great system, very happy with it. I've been driving on it for 3 months now. It was an easy install and the Teraflex youtube install video makes it easy to plan your install. I don't really notice a ride difference from stock and that's what I was going for with 2.5" extra inches for some 32" BFG KO's. Now my Jeep has an aggressive stance and is a decent trail and daily driver. Would've like to got the upgrade with the Fox shocks but that blows the price sky high. Not pictured is the upgraded rear track bar bracket that attaches to the axle. It's bolt on so there is no need to drill the frame like with the one step down version of this kit. You do have to transfer the rear sway links to the front so make sure they're in good shape before you start your install. I completed the install of this kit in 4 hours with the help of a lift at a slow pace. I also recommend that you torque everything to spec. There's a couple torque charts available on the forums.

Product perfect, Amazon ability to send correct mit. Not so perfect.
I love this lift kit. Beryeasyto I stall. Took about 6hours with jack stands the only issues had with installation Were dealing with bolts that were rusted to my jeep shocks. Definitely worth the money. Plus. No death wobble with it. Slapped 35" Toyo open countries on it the next day. Now with that aside. It took Amazon 3 tries to send me the lift kit I ordered. First one didn't include the shocks. The second order had the correct shocks, but the kit was incorrect. Finally the 3rd kit was the correct shocks and kit. Each one came from a different amazon facility. I don't know if the first 2 people just saw the first 3 numbers of the kit and said "good enough" or what. But Amazon did compensate for making me change my plans 3 different times.

This is a good kit! Did not need the exhaust spacers on my 2015 JKU. Ride feels like a new vehicle once again, firm and sure-footed, but not harsh at all. Paired with adjustable track bars and variable rate Teraflex steering damper, I am in love with the Brown Cow all over again.

Great Kit. Quality Parts. Ride still feels near stock, just a little stiffer ride quality which is actually nicer, but steering is a tad bit sloppier I find. Here is my before and after pics. 35s fit great just had to trim the front plastic shroud a bit, no biggy but had nothing to do with this kit. Overall very happy.

Installed it myself on a 2013 jeep wrangler jk unlimited with automatic transmission. Started with the rear on Saturday; took about 4 hours. Finished with the front on Sunday; another 4 hours. I did not rush and took coffee/lunch breaks. Followed the instructions provided and watched couple of YouTube videos. I did not even have the jeep aligned. As comfortable as the stock suspension. Installed 35 inch tires.

My rear springs are already sagging. The picture is with nobody in the vehicle. I drive it all the time and weigh 170lbs. The original springs with 2 inch spacers had way more space. This lift was suppose to give me a 2 1/2" lift. Had to remove the bump stops because just going down the road it would bottom out. Now I need to rethink of what I need. Heavy Duty springs that have a the 2 1/2" lift I am looking for. These springs with this kit are useless.......
