WORSTTTTTT I WENT TO EMERGENCY for 5 days because of it

Didn’t feel any difference after two boxes

I was using inostiol supplement tablet from another brand and was initially skeptical about the goodbug pcos supplement and hence I didn’t purchase the PCOS supplement for almost a year but I finally gave in and purchased it in December 2023 and started taking one satchet everyday from 1.12.2023 and omg, it works! I got my period on time, with a healthy flow, not too light not too heavy. So it definitely works. I hope the goodbug continues making this supplement and with the same quality. The one downside is that it’s expensive!! This is really life changing for women with severe pcos and should be accessible. So I hope the goodbug considers reducing the price but quality wise absolutely no complaints

I used the pcos probiotic by The Good bug. I am in my peri- menapause state, so I have proglonged period. But after taking good bug I got periods for required time period. Only problem is the sugar content per 4 gm stick is 0.95 mg almost to 1gm. Already the hormonal imbalance creates insulin reaiatance. And intake 1gm sugar is a issue for blood sugar (by the way I am on 0 sugar level diet). And b'coz of this issue I have stopped taking the probiotic by The good bug.

This actually works, I was very skeptical but kept up with using it for 3 months, I have actually lost weight and my periods are slightly more frequent. Tastes greats , my gut health has definitely improved

It’s good but there are better flavours available

It works , no side effects. Taste is awesome.
