I had a great hatching using this incubator. Considering another one.

That the email address to get help doesn’t work!I set the incubator up following instructions to the letter.The temperature is correct but can’t get humidity above 10%.I desperately need to get some precious eggs in it today so email help address and email returned unable to deliver!!At this rate my eggs will be ruined and wasted, never to be repeated.

The media could not be loaded. So good I achally brought two in the end, worth the price and much cheaper then higher brands, in my opinion did the job just as well. Hatched 24 chicks in total with ease. Wonderfull experience for myself and my childern, first time we did this and smashed it 😄 good quality, temp and humidity controls were good 👍 simple instructions and comes woth a handy chart to caput down your days and when to candle..although we did this alot! 🤣 not faulting this product.

This was my first time incubating eggs and I was so nervous to mess up. Before buying, I spent several weeks researching incubators and knew I didn't want the type that you had to use the Styrofoam packaging to help keep temperatures and worse no humidity measure, and I wanted the eggs to roll, not just rock back and forth like those cheaper ones at farm stores, then finally selected this digital incubator. BOY am I ever so glad I did!!! It is so easy to set-up and I am truly astounded with my success rate of live hatchlings!!The egg candler is a also a fantastic added feature that works very well,it's so amazing to observe the egg's development. I did not test the temp or humidity levels but my incubator showed it kept at 37.8 degrees consistently. The humidity stayed between 50% and 52% for the first 18 days Make sure to read the directions about adjusting the humidity. It suggested that we keep the vent 1/3 or half open but I found we had to leave it close a little more. Once the eggs went into 'lockdown' on day 18 I input another bottle, and take the video suggest to spray warm water, the humidity will fluctuate higher after spray water and after chick hatching out,but it was just fine and 16 of 18 of eggs hatched successfully.I absolutely 💯% recommend this incubator to anyone who is interested in trying to hatch their own chick!
