This has proven to be wonderful. The only thing I could possibly wish could be different has nothing to do with the bacteria, and everything to do with the packaging. I wish they would place the sealed opening along the length of the pkg instead of at the narrow top. It makes for difficulty getting the product out. Beyond that, I have seen success with this company in other product (l-reiteri) as well and am about to buy Los until is from them, just as Doon as I discover which strain they habe on offer

Why did I say "pure form"? Because here's the ingredient list: Lactobacillus Gasseri HLG13. This is a great way to add 100 Billion "friends" to your digestive system! The product mixes very well and best of all it is completely tasteless! They work for me just fine.I don't know where these are made, so that's a 1/2 star deduction (if I could). The expiration date on my packet is 01/26, so I'll be using these off and on for quite some time.Highly recommend!Please consult your primary caregiver before taking these or any other supplements.

Probiotic pills help but sometimes don't give you enough of one particular enzyme that you need, this is a great way to figure out which one works for you, and to supplement by boosting the concentration of that particular ingredient. Bigger investment but with worthwhile results.
