Not a paid review, I truly just love it!
The best protein powder I’ve ever used, and the only one I recommend to my clients. I love to mix it up with my foamer in the morning, take it with me to go and within maybe an hour it’s the perfect consistency, creamy and not too foamy, goes down so easy and never chalky! Naked Whey consistently delivers clean ingredients, great taste, and responsibly sourced protein without fillers or junk… which is SO rare in this category. Every woman I work with is lacking in protein intake, trying to prioritize muscle, and looking for products that are actually worth it AND enjoyable. Anything comparable to Naked is probably twice the price and filled with ingredients and drama we don’t need. I’m a hairstylist with a luxury clientele who are serious about health and wellness, and I’ve sent this link to over 30 women in the last few months alone. I share Naked Whey with clients, friends, and other moms at zero benefit to myself because it’s just genuinely that good. I’ve even shared Naked Mass with moms of teen boys trying to build muscle… this brand just gets it right. It’s been essential for hitting my own (nearly impossible) protein goals, I trust the sourcing and love the flavor variety. Seriously, do you have an affiliate or ambassador program? I’d love to partner more officially, because Naked Whey is already part of the trusted investment I make, and recommendations I make to people I care about every single day. Thank you for making high-quality protein accessible!! I really appreciate brands that do it right.

It's The Best I've Tried
I've tried a lot of different protein powders over the years, and all of them have sucked when it comes to drinking them. I bought the Naked partially because of the smaller size, and based on the reviews. I can't say how effective it is, as I just started it. But I wanted to address some of the complaints about it. There's varied opinions on the taste. (I got the regular chocolate.) Straight, it's flavor is not strong. It's there, but it's not overwhelming, which I think is a positive, since it leaves room for you to adjust it to your liking. I'm not worried having no sugar at all, so I put a Tbl spoon of Nesquick in it. It strengthens the chocolate flavor. A lot of people have an issue with the foaming and bubbles. This comes from not mixing it long enough. I use an immersion blender, and mix it for about 1 - 1 1/2 minutes, and it's turns out like a thick, shake like consistency. By mixing it longer it reduces the size of the air bubbles and incorporates it better into the mix. You need to work it, not just stick the wand in and hit the button. As you go, you'll see the bubbles smooth out as you go. You can not mix it with a spoon or a whip attachment. This stuff is like a wet concrete mix as soon as liquid hit is, and you need power to defeat that. Do it the way I do, and you should have no leftover mix at the bottom.

Solid Protein, Just Not Flavorful Enough
I tried Naked Whey protein in the chocolate and strawberry flavors, and I’ve also used their peanut butter powder. Overall, I really appreciate the clean ingredient list and the fact that everything is pretty straightforward with no unnecessary additives. All three mix well in a shaker bottle, which I always care about, and I didn’t have issues with clumping, grit, or weird texture. There’s also no strong artificial aftertaste, which is something I’m usually sensitive to with protein powders. From a quality and digestibility standpoint, it definitely does what it says it will do. That said, the flavor is where this falls short for me. The chocolate, strawberry, and peanut butter powders are all very mild and honestly pretty bland. If you’re someone who likes subtle flavors or plans to mix protein into smoothies with a lot of other ingredients, this might be a good option. For me, I want a little more flavor without having to doctor it up every time, and this just didn’t deliver that. While I respect the brand’s commitment to clean ingredients and simplicity, the lack of flavor makes it unlikely that I’ll purchase it again. It’s a solid product, just not the right fit for my personal taste preferences.

Minimal Ingredients
Assuming the label is accurate, this stuff is a no-brainer in terms of eliminating all the junk that's in other powders. Having only three ingredients, which aren't made in a lab, makes this a winner in my book. It isn't as sweet as others, as a result of the lack of filler chemicals, but it's not like it tastes bad. It can be a bit gritty and chunky, like all others, if I don't take the time to shake the heck out of my blender bottle 2-3 times, letting things settle for a couple of minutes each time. But if I do that, it blends very well and makes a good shake. I also use raw, fresh bovine milk from a nearby Amish farm, for what that's worth.

Bought 3 times. I’ve used whey products for 25 years…
Bought 3 times. It’s clean and I feel the results. I’m nursing a fractured ankle and it’s helping. I like the flavor. It digests well on an empty and sensitive stomach also. I mix mine with half milk, half coconut water, and a little organic vanilla coffee creamer for added taste. The combination with the chocolate makes it taste like a light chocolate shake. BLENDER BOTTLES that I bought 20 years ago at GNC work great. People saying on the reviews here that it does not blend - is their own operator error. It blends just fine. Whey protein is meant to be put in a blender bottle, not stirred with a spoon. RECOMMEND!!

Barely Tastes Like Chocolate but Dissolves Amazingly
Initially, I wasn't happy with this purchase because I wanted it for protein shakes and found that it didn't taste like chocolate (far too mild for my liking.) I However, given the high protein content (more than 10g per scoop) and that I already had it I figured I needed to find a use for it. I realized I could make protein coffee (which I had been contemplating buying.) I don't add much milk to my coffee (about 2 tablespoons) so I added that amount to a glass, added 1 scoop of this power, blended with a frother for a few seconds and it dissolved quickly. I then add that to my coffee and it's perfect! The mild chocolate taste works well making it just noticeable enough to be like a mocha coffee and adds about 12g of protein to my otherwise proteinless coffee. I love the ingredients so I'm very excited that this product I initially was disappointed in and thought I had no use for turned into one I will probably be buying every few months to make a protein coffee! Extra bonus: the protein coffees available on the market all have terrible ingredients and sweeteners - this is such a better alternative and because it dissolves so well I wouldn't be surprised if I could add 2 full scoops to my coffee.

Chocolate flavor tastes bad! Vanilla is ok but bland!
One star for chocolate flavor, 3 stars for vanilla. The Naked Whey chocolate flavor is awful. I'm surprised bc I was expecting a very mild chocolate flavor but instead this powder when mixed with a combination of milk and water has a horrible after-taste. So bad that it's doubtful I will finish it and what waste since I got the 5lb container. The vanilla flavor is ok, not much taste at all but at least it's drinkable and only three ingredients. It may be time to revisit my search for a new protein powder.

Excellent Product But Inaccurate Serving Size On Label
*UPDATE: It has been a few weeks and I still haven’t receive and a response let alone any acknowledgment of the product label issue from Naked Nutrition. It is a bit of a letdown as I really enjoy the product and their customer service appears to be nonexistent. I’ll continue to use this product for now until I find something equivalent or better to replace it with. It doesn’t sit right with me that they have basically ignored my concerns. Before I address the serving size issue that I discovered in this product, I want to mention my thoughts on this great product. The Naked Whey Chocolate 1lb product is the best tasting whey protein (& ease to mix) product that I have tried so far. And believe me, I have tried many over the last 10 years or so. The Chocolate flavor of this product comes from the cacao powder and coconut sugar. It is a very light chocolatey taste that is not overpowering and provides just enough flavor to get the product down without leaving behind an undesirable aftertaste that sometimes comes with other products that use artificial ingredients/sucralose. Some people have said in reviews on here that its not flavorful enough - well lemme tell you - a protein shake isn't a dessert. It isn't meant to be a milkshake from In N Out. Its a nutritional product to help you reach your training goals. I'd also say that the flavor and mixing is greatly dependent on how much product you combine with what proportion of water. I combine 2 servings (76g of powder) with 15oz of water (or 38g of powder to 7-8oz of water). That has been the perfect ratio for me for chocolate. Try it and I think you'll be happy with it. But ultimately it does come down to personal preference. Mixing wise, I haven't experienced any lumps at all. The product (using my powder to water ratio) is super smooth after shaking it. My technique for shaking the bottle (and avoiding lumps) is to turn it upside down immediately after I add the water - slap the bottom of the bottle to allow the powder on the bottom to release into the water - and shake the bottle for a while upside down before finishing shaking right side up. I let the bottle sit for about 30-45 minutes at room temperature so that all of the frothy foam can settle down. Meanwhile I go about my workout during this time period, and afterwards I have liquid gold. The mistake that people make is that they shake the bottle right side up the entire time and the bottom of the bottle where the powder is gets stuck there. Also people try to drink the shake immediately with all of the frothy foam present which makes for an unpleasant experience. Honestly the directions on the product label should explain some of these best practices. But anywho, so to get to the serving size issue. I recently brought this to the attention of Naked Nutrition a few days ago and I am still awaiting a response. But I have noticed that in the Naked Whey 1lb (Chocolate) the serving size is way off when using 2 scoops with the included scooper. I love this product but in my experiment testing the accuracy of the nutrition's facts label serving size using the included scooper, I found that a true serving size (2 scoops) weighed 58g instead of 38g. I have included a photo showing this. I used two different scales zeroing out the weight with an empty container. I put one LEVELED OFF scoop into a container and it registered 29g. I added a 2nd LEVELED OFF scoop and the total weight was 58g. The nutrition label listed serving size for 2 scoops is 38g. That means that the true weight of a 2 scoop serving size is 20g higher than what your company has listed. The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) allows for nutrition facts on the label to be off the mark by no more than 20% of the listed value. However 58g represents a value that is 52.62% higher than the label listed serving size of 38g. Also if the true serving size (using their scooper) is this off, that also means that the servings per container is incorrect as well. Additionally, I LEVELED OFF each scoop whereas the directions on the product label advise to "Add two ROUNDED scoops of Naked Whey to 6-10 oz of water..." If I had followed the product directions and ROUNDED each scoop, the true serving size would have been higher than 58g. Therefore, the product directions also need some adjustment. I am not sure if the included scooper in this product is the culprit. Or whether the listed serving size is a miscalculation that the company has made failing to properly account for the density and volume of this product given the added coconut sugar and cacao powder within the protein powder. I have come across a number of reviews on Amazon and other sites that show customers complaining that they seemed to go through the product much faster than the number of servings listed on the label. In my opinion, this is clearly why. Those customers either did not have a food scale at home or even think that the serving size would be inaccurate. While this inaccuracy is annoying since you'd have to use a food scale to get very accurate serving sizing per shake, the product itself is rock solid.
