This is a great read for anxious attachments to become healthier
This book is a great read. The author of Anxious Attachments did a lot of research on this book. This is a great book that has a wealth of information. I am so grateful for this book. It really reminds me of myself when it comes to anxious attachments. I had a relationship like that, and I know it is not really healthy. I would like to have a relationship where I am not co dependence. I think this book really opened my eyes regarding this.The author made some great points in how to handle it by the exercises to help someone become more independent, and more healthy for healthy relationships. I believe the author has some great exercises and using this to reflect regarding previous relationships, and to move forward with their lives.I hope to read more from the author. I definitely give this a 5-star rating. I would also recommend it to others that I know who may benefit from this book.

This book is a great resource for those who tend to develop anxious attachments in relationships. The author does an amazing job providing action steps and exercises to help you work through the attachment process and grow personally and within your relationships. Through this book, you will gain clarity with your emotional patterns so you can stay in a more positive mindset when navigating the ins and outs of your relationships. Readers will learn how to communicate your needs clearly with your significant other so that a stronger bond can grow. This was extremely helpful to me because I am always looking for ways to continue to grow in my marriage. This book also allows you to arm yourself with the tools to recognize bad situations and patterns to guard yourself from future pain and disappointment.

It really helps doing the exercises
This book has helped me better understand myself in so many different ways. I have always wanted to just find secure connections, but I’ve always struggled. Yevhenii Lozovyi has done a great job of clearly explaining what attachment theory actually is and has provided exercises to overcome being anxious in relationships. One of the exercises includes writing a letter to your future self. This one stuck out to me because sometimes I need to be reminded of different lessons that I’ve learned along the way. Not only that, but it also helped me articulate my hopes, goals, and commitments to my future emotional and relational well-being.

great tools for supporting the skills in connecting with others.
The book was wonderfully structured, so that understanding of a persons attachment style was gained before applying it to any kind of strategy or exercise. This workbook was so great at guiding through the complexities of anxious attachment, towards more confident and secure connections with others. It can be used in a clinical setting, but works just as well on a personal individual level, on your own. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to narrow down a deeper understanding of their attachment style, in order to work on relationships.

Very practical to use
I really enjoyed pairing this in my activities to complete. I’m a really hands-on kind of person, so giving me realistic and attainable steps to complete in order to get myself on the right track is something I enjoy more than anything.Well I don’t believe I was too far gone in being anxious, I know I have my bad days that I could use a little bit of a boost. For me, this book served as a great jumping off point and I would really recommend it to anyone who thinks they might be anxious.
