Fantastic Product and Amazing Customer service!!!
This is a phenomenal product! Super stable operation of the app, incredible build quality, works with the huge array of Sealife lights, and the customer service is incredible. A++++++++I emailed customer service with a suggestion of how they could change one aspect of the internal spring that holds the phone so as not to trigger the photo button of an iPhone 16 Pro. They wrote back almost immediately, and a package arrived a few weeks later with the re-designed spring (new type of rubber) and a screwdriver for me to swap the part. I was blown away. Bravo!

Was very impressed
Haven’t dove with this yet. Lady on boat during last dive trip was very happy with it. She showed me her pictures. Very impressed.

Great photos, but not worth the pain
The idea behind this product is great! Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time I have purchased it and this time was worse than before. The first time having the product was in 2024 and I used it often during the 6 weeks I was earning my divemaster in Indonesia. At times it would be fussy and not pressurize correctly (or claim that it wasn't pressurized). Eventually, I was able to take pictures underwater without it going through it's pressurization test. In general it added a lot of stress to getting everything set up. And one afternoon, I was rushing to get my gear on, and trying to deal with my phone and case and my phone screen cracked. (it's not fun being in a remote island without a phone). So I went a year and change going back to my old Go Pro dupe. It's basic it was fine, but then I wanted to try this again on my next scuba dive. I didn't realize I purchased a used device (or at least the moisture muncher was missing). I now have a Google Pixel 8 Pro, and it was not fitting into the device nicely. I've learned from my prior mistake to never try to rush the process. Unfortunately, I was never able to bring it in the water because it could not pressurize appropriately. Plus, it cracked my screen protector on my phone. Now having had this device twice, when it works the picture quality is great (as long as you have a good camera on your phone) BUT it is certainly not with the hassle, the embarrassment of having that annoying beeping sound happen over and over again, nor having a broken phone or screen protector. Phones are meant for land! Sadly I missed my 30 day return window and now I have a very expensive piece of plastic that I can't do anything other than get anxiety from the beeping when the pressurization doesn't work.

Fantastic iPhone Underwater Camera Housing!
Easy to use with clear instructions for amazing underwater photos and videos! Just download the Sealife app onto your iPhone, power up the housing, and let the instructions and the app guide you through the process to prepare the housing and conduct a leak test before submerging the unit in water. The red filter works perfectly to color-correct at depth, and it’s easily removable for shots above the surface. A must-have for the underwater photography enthusiast!

Does NOT disappoint
I am SO happy I bought this for my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G phone. It has upped my photography game a lot. It allows me to zoom in and out, switch from camera to video, change some settings and view the photos and videos I took. I have had zero issues with any moisture getting into the housing but, I also have followed their instructions in how to use it.There are only two things that I don't like but I'm not sure that they can be fixed.1. Switching from the four options on the left side (camera, video, settings, review) is difficult to see which one you are on while you are under water. Instead of that specific item lighting up as white (since the rest are then only slightly gray), perhaps they can all be red or blue for the ones you are not using and white for the mode you are in? If not, maybe the one you are in is significantly brighter white while the others are very dull.2. When using the video and I zoom in and out, there is a loud clicking noise for each time I press the zoom in/out buttons. That sound ends up on my video. I found that to be very annoying. I don't know if this is fixable or not since the mechanism of the housing might not be something that can be improved to make the buttons silent.Otherwise, I'm glad I bought this and can't wait to take more pics now that I live on a Caribbean island with dozens of beautiful snorkeling spots. Here are a couple pics I took the other day. Mind you, I did some minor post editing so I'll include the photo as it was taken and then the post edit one also.

7 dives and no leaks, great pics
The media could not be loaded. It does require you use the app for the case, but it works well once you figure it out. Our dive master took amazing photos with it as he was most familiar with the various settings. I found sometimes in rough waters it would focus on nearby floating specks instead of what I was going for. Seven total dives this trip and not a single leak!!!! I took great care in following the setup instructions. I decided on this iPhone housing because the reviews I found online said you could take better photos underwater with an iPhone than with the available diving compact cameras. And I figured that since I have Apple Care for my phone, I could always get it replaced if necessary. But it looks like this housing is perfect!!! I’ll work on my skills with all the settings and maybe someday upgrade to something more. But for now this does everything I need it to do. I would buy it again.

Look awesome pictures, easy to use, and zero leaks.
The media could not be loaded. Very easy to use. Took awesome pictures. I had multiple people on diving that wanted the pictures I took, and how to buy it. Took it down 85 feet and had zero leaks. App was easy to use. I thought it’d be too big for my hand, but underwater it fit perfect and was super easy to take pictures. Definitely worth the money.
