Took them for my trip to Meghalaya. Used it for everything from 20 km treks to climbing rocks and for getting through caves. And it's been absolutely amazing :)They were really comfortable and my feet didn't pain even after really really long walks through some stunning places in Meghalaya. I even took them for the elephant ride!I've even used them after the trip for my day-to-day wear in office and workouts. These are probably, hands-down, the best pair of sneakers I've ever owned.

A regular runner who owns many shoes or has experience with the running shoes would be able to identify the pros and cons immediately. I wanted to like the shoes but after trying it multiple time I had to return this.Pros: Good for normal walking.Extra lays that comes with the shoes.Outsole GripCons: These shoes are not for running. Only the heel part has cushioning and front fore foot is very hard while running. Front side stack height is very minimal like any slippers.Rear heel support (tpu something) is very soft and flexible so the legs won’t stay in place tight.These shoes get very hot compared to Nike puma and adidas. Upper cloth is not breathable so there is no proper airflow.Weight, these are heavy. Not suitable for sports activities due to weight.Price: not worth 4.5-5k.2.5k would be a fair price.The tongue of the shoes is fixed so users have bigger feet finds it difficult to wear and remove and also it will be tight.I made a mistake of buying these by reading reviews. Most of the reviews look same with similar words. Not sure how all reviews look same.

Amazing build quality, great heel support. Shoe is sized slightly large - I wear UK8 or EU42. Their 8 is not 42 but 43. Despite this, the upper feels a little stifling if you have a very pronounced arch as I do.The shoe is very light, has great grip and support, and looks awesome. I’m going to opt for the next smaller size, but stick with this. Done with the super-expensive hunt for a running shoe. Elevated by Elevar now.

When I bought this arc racer, i was a little skeptical about it but as soon as i opened the box and started wearing them , all doubts were gone. The sole is very comfortable, bouncy, soft and makes running/jogging along with daily activities a breeze. Go for it. I have recommended this product to my friends and family to try them out.

Just wore the Shoes.- Feels awesome. The Cushioning and Fit are Spot on.- Upper portion is almost like a cloth allowing you to lift and bend your toes if required.-Elevar website states its founders are Indian, and bought these to Promote Made in India, hence was a bit disappointed to see it manufactured in China.

Cons:(i) Non breathable & Hard material:The material is not at all suitable for running or any other sports. Non breathable and not streching or adapting to fit our legs despite many kms of usage. ( many shoes at this price band, are made of material that are breathable and gets adapt to our legs, irrespective of our leg shape ). So it cannot be used in a tropical country like India, for colder Western countries it may suit.(ii) Easily getting sores and friction burns:It's so tight , and the material used, that on friction, feet easily gets heated up.(iii) Lace does not actually losen up the shoes, even if required.As i found it unworthy for running, I tried using it for office, but I am person with predominantly arched upper side of foot, the nerves there felt compressed , despite having the entire lace removed. At one point in time I have to remove the shoes, unable to bear the tightness around my centre of the foot, for longer duration.Going for a one shoe size up may solve this problem, that will solve my office use problem, but will create more toe space which is not desired in running. Company has to focus on the material used, and if they dint go for conventional design where a lace can be used to losen up the shoe, atleast they should have kept their material stretchable.(iv) The inner sole layer, comes out easily in both feet:The insoles layers is not properly glued to the base of the shoe, easily gets mispositioned during running and often comes out, and out of place like in 300 INR shoes , we have to insert it back to its proper position ( mind you the shoe is already tight, any change in the soles is annoying and feels irritating )Verdict : Should not have bought it.I am not a person who writes reviews on every product I buy and use, I will write only for products that are excpetionally good or like in this case, excpetionally bad.Company only has focussed only on cushioning, and that too is not as impressive or comparable to the likes of 15k shoes as they advertise. A Normal bata canvas shoes could have done a overall better job on comfort factor, with little compromise on the cushions.

I felt bit cheated while checking the price of this shoe. 2 daya back when I ordered this shoe, it was showing 5490/- on its website as well as in Amazon. But when I checked their website today the prices has gone down to 4990/-. Not fair.
