The chair is fine, but the armrests are subpar; the right one broke after a week, and the company assured me they would send a new one (I haven't received it yet). Now, the left arm has broken. I just purchased this chair less than three months ago. Do NOT BUY it isn't worth it. Don't waste your money.Update: I finally received replacement arms that took over three months to arrive under warranty. However, now, just six months later, the casters on the bottom of the chair are breaking. They are made entirely of soft plastic, so over time, simply by sitting in the chair, the collar that holds the metal pin connecting them to the chair is stretching out, and the wheels are falling off. I am not little, I am 6'2" and 270#. I purchased this chair because I was well under its weight rating. That is just another thing about this chair that seems false. I have had sub $50 Walmart chairs that were higher quality and lasted longer without breaking than this one.

Very Impressed by the quality and construction of this new chair. Arrived in a large very heavy oversized box. Putting it together was very easy. Comes with a head pillow and lower lumbar pillow attached. The height of the chair and back are great and width of the seat is comfortable. My son is approx 6'5 and 275 and this chair worked well for him. The Seay height from floor to seat was important and met expectations. The chair leans, swivels and has multiple position movable armrests. I bought a floor pad because of carpet in his room and the caters glide with ease. Would buy again. Great for Big and Tall people!
