Recently diagnosed with Hashi and was looking for some supportive energy supplements. I tried PS, but it interfered with my sleep. This product however works better for me. I like these. Small gel capsules, great health benefits, energy boost, easy to use, and these were better priced compared to others I looked at. He does heavy strenuous work & often has bone/join/muscle pain. Says these really help. Almost no pain in a month or minor at least.

I purchased this as part of my self care supplements to increase my energy. I would say this is a good value but it’s too early to talk about the benefits of using it ( it needs at least few months). Good size , easy to sallow, no taste, good quality . I just wished if this would be organic. Please check with your Dr before taking any supplements.
