Slow viewing of incidents recorded. Doesn't use an SD card.
The picture on this is great. However, to look at the incidents recorded it takes several minutes for it to load and you have to go through that wait for every single incident. It does not take a memory disk....there is no place to insert one, although the description said you needed it. You wouldn't want to use this for any security because if the burglar took the device the record would be gone too. If you just want to use it for general surveillance in your home, and can put up with the very long download time to view it, then it would probably be a great buy for you. It comes with a great cord that has 4 different ends for connecting to various devices. I returned because I don't have the patience to wait several minutes for each incident to load.

Great camera, good price
We have 2 of these they work fantastic. We have used them several times for discrete monitoring. Motion detection works great. We definitely recommend.

Unreliable connection
The video and audio quality are quite good, but the device always ejects itself when you plug it into the computer and try to do anything with the video files. The act of copying the files off the device causes it to disconnect.
