I really like this hand exercise set. It feels well-made and has helped me improve my finger strength and mobility. It’s easy to use and comes with different pieces for various exercises. I use it almost every day and can really feel the difference, especially in my grip and hand strength. Very practical and complete.

Works really well and you can adjust the tension. Great product!

I just got it. It offers 100 kg at max, and the counter works properly. It may get better if the handles are a bit longer and if the front handle is not flat. Here is a picture of it inside my hand, a picture comparing it with a very common product, and another one showing the flat handle.

My last grip trainer must have been junk, this grip trainer absolutely kills my forearms on the same setting as my previous trainer. The built in rep counter is nice to have. Have yet to learn how to change the battery/s. Can't fault the item for my lack of effort, assuming they can be changed. The accessory training items are unusually solid as well, minus the wrist strap attachment. Pops out pretty regularly. I had no real expectations of anything else that even came with the main trainer for this price point anyway. It's all a plus to me.

I had this for a while, I would say about a year or less. Anyway it worked good for a while but then one day I was using it and the spring snapped, totally not expected and kind of bummed me out. Would not recommend it actually. You better off just getting regular hand grippers potentially a pack that has different weights. Don't get this

Didn't notice this hand gripper has a counter on it for every rep you do. It's easy to use and the hand gripper is comfortable on your hand. Easy to adjust the tension as you progress in strength and it has a wide range of resistance. Very happy with this gripper!

For price this is awesome. Been using it for months and still am not using on full strength. Love the counter, makes you do full squeeze before it counts it. Just be careful not to overtrain, did brush my hand once because I did too many reps.

Producto de baja calidad, ya que a los 2 meses de recibir el producto y usarlo, se rompio. Se contacto al vendedor, pero al haber pasado el tiempo de devolucion, ya no se hace responsable de esta falla. Nada recomendable.
