I have them on a cruiser style e-bike and they have been great. I know some others have had some issues, but I find them working well. I think part of it is my bike is a commuter and I live in a relatively flat area (some hills but nothing crazy) so they don't have to deal with gravel and grit and also don't have to stop against gravity on a steep decline. If you are looking for a mechanical disc upgrade then I can recommend these, especially if you need them for a street bike.

I replaced some hideous Avid mechs with these on my folding Bike Friday. These new brakes look sweet and I think performance is subjectively better but still nowhere near the feel or power of a completely hydraulic system.Overall, solid purchase but I expected better performance based on other reviews.

I installed these brakes on my new Phoenix recumbent. They were easy to align and adjustment is a breeze. Nice design with great bling factor.
