Stylish & Strong
Beautiful looking cases and I love the pattern! Look great and feel strong good quality. Wheels glide smoothly. Not travelled with them yet so will update review once they have stood the test of being chucked around by the baggage handlers.

Fantastic study case
Bought this for my daughter (8yr), she loves the design, its very easy to wheel about.Having been on 5 holidays with it now it also seems capable of withstanding the handling crews overzealous handling petty well with no damage so far.Overall a good looking study case with plenty of room for the holiday clothing.

Pattern makes it easier to spot your luggage
Have several holidays a year and wanted a matching set of hard shell that weren’t too heavy to begin with or too expensive. Good points pattern makes them easy to spot, doesn’t show the dirt, 4 wheels, built in lock, one half has zipped cover with pocket, the other side a stretch criss cross clasp, better in the rain with the hard shell, no lopsided bulge or risk of falling over. Large one holds approximately 22kg/23kg, medium one 15kg-17kg, we have been on a tour with numerous stopovers and flights and travelling around for a month and they have been fine. Not so good, the wheels don’t always run smoothly especially when the suitcase is full, I did send a message and video to the company but they never replied, the cases do seem quite flimsy so not sure how long they will last, miss not having an expanding part for those long trips with lots of luggage, can be hard to line up the zip when it is full, for multi stop holidays where I don’t always unpack, you need room to open the case fully, a standard luggage rack isn’t enough, unlike when you have a suitcase with a thin lid but this would be the situation with any hard shell not just these.

Cases
Brilliant cases. Good value for money. Loads of space and I love the compartments. The locks are different from what I'm used to, but not a bad thing. The four wheels makes it easy to move.

Not sturdy
I got these for a wedding present for my son. He used them for his Honeymoon to find when he collected his cases from Airport 2 of them had damaged corners so I would not recommend as I paíd good money for this set !

Not very strong
Purchased 2 flight cases for a week's trip to Edinburgh last year, as Lumo trains from Kings Cross would not accept larger cases. In March, this year went for cruise and took them alongside 2 other full-size cases. On return found that handle on one case would not retract back into case. Found that by pressing one of the buttons with a small screwdriver on the handle stem it would collapse.Recently planning a road trip in the UK so decided to have a look at what the problem was.I disassembled the handle and found that the trigger had snapped in 2, so I contacted supplied via Amazon. The supplier responded that they would pass it on to their support group but that was the last I heard.Next time I will look for a more expensive, but better constructed, flight case from a supplier that fully supports the 5-year warrantee.*** Update ***Just received response from Flight Knight Luggage stating:"Dear Customer,With each order of a suitcase the customer will get 1 year warranty for there suitcase but if they choose to register there suitcase for warranty they will have 5 years of warrantyKind regards"I have responded asking for a price for the replacement parts and that the requirement to register was not clear. I have also reported this to Amazon, as the listing implies that 5 years warrantee is included as standard:"5 YEAR WARRANTY: Flight Knight pride themselves on the quality and durability of their hard-shell cabin luggage cases; to this extent all products are backed by a 5-year warranty replacement service covering all manufacturing defects. Buy with absolute confidence."Considering that this was ordered directly from the vendor (via Amazon) and they knew I had purchased, they should have considered it registered (as other vendors do when you purchase directly) and there is no reason why they should now renege on their promise of 5 years cover.*** Update 2 ***No further response from the vendor and no reply from Amazon - listing still implies you automatically get a 5 year warranty, but when you contact after 1 year they say as you didn't register then "tough".Will look to buy next bags from a reputable supplier and get one of better quality - as they say, you get what you pay for!
