The walkies are clear and do a wonderful job. Now and then we get transmissions that aren't ours but it's not often or long enough to be annoying. The learning curve isn't bad and the yellow is just so bright and satisfying to see. Aesthetics play an important role for me and that would be 5/5. I guess the demerit is the ring. I don't find it useful and if there was a way to buy this at a slightly lower price without it I would have taken that option. Still, it's worth it.

We got this walkie talkie and it works great! The battery life is perfect for our use since we never remember to charge the walkie. It lasts for quite a while and having it consistently work with very little noise is great at the warehouse to locate and find out where everything is. The sound is clear even when you increase the volume to the max. The FM radio works pretty well even though we are in a metal building. There's some noise on the FM radio but that not that much of a problem.Product is lightweight and sleek. Our factory attire is usually sweatpants and the low weight on the walkie is super convenient and is not a burden to carry around.

I thought this would be a pretty good radio.But in reality, it's probably the worst radio I've bought so far. It will not connect to my phone as it's supposed to. I've tried resetting it. I've tried resetting the Bluetooth. I've tried everything I can think of and nothing seems to work. It will only charge up with the cable that came with it. The old style USB micro. I would not recommend buying this radio. I haven't decided if I'm going to return it yet. I'm going to see if it'll work out on some other phones. If I can borrow someone 's or I have a Google pixel 7 Pro latest update

I tried at least 20 times to get the radio to connect to the app. I tried every possible combination of power off/power on, starting and restarting app. All I got consistently was can’t connect. The radio was plainly visible in the list of Bluetooth devices. When I shutoff the app the phone said disconnected. But the app wouldn’t do anything but report unable to connect. So, I’m done messing with it. The programming process seems very straightforward otherwise. Too bad I have to waste time returning it.

Cheap build quality. Feels flimsy like a toy. Reminds me of the drugstore walkie talkies i had as a child. The battery is permanently installed so no chance of swapping out. Measured 4.1 watt output with fully charged battery.After much experimentation, successfully able to program via phone app. There is a step missing in the instructions: after the radio voice says “connecting,” you need to tap the PTT button to complete the connection to the phone and then the channel list shows on the phone for editing. I wish there were a way to choose power levels for each channel, but not finding that option.There is also a PC CPS software available from the manufacturer website but I could not get that to work. It would recognize & download the radio up to 98% and then freeze.

It's decent but not the best, it's annoying that you need to use a smart phone app just to program more channels to it.
