Cute hat for cosplay or costume. I would say it fits best on a male head that is not overly large in circumference. (Fit 22 inch head.) Adding photo so you can see how it fits on my wooden bear's head which is approx. 20 inches around. The back of the hat (second photo) has nice elastic bit sewn in, so it has a little give. Pretty red color.

I am happy with the fit and the craftsmanship of this chef's hat, but I am underwhelmed with how flat it is. I was expecting more poof at the top and a longer chimney. Overall, a decent chef's hat but keep looking if you want a tall hat.
