Excellent dishwasher
Excellent dish washer, much better than my old one. I love the cutlery tray, it washes the cutlery much better than a basket. I can fit much more in it as well. Very pleased with the purchase.

Be careful if you want to use installation service
The dishwasher itself- now installed- is great. I'd probably give it 5 stars if I was only reviewing it alone. Also to note that Amazon had this machine at £50 cheaper than anywhere else I could find it. If you read the installation service requirements it states "... service can only be performed if the water isolation valve and the installation area are accessible and compliant with an available power outlet, cold water supply and waste hose outlet within 1m (no plumbing or electrical connection modifications are included (hard wired electrical connection is not supported)." I thought I fulfilled these requirements. The old dishwasher sat next to a washing machine on its left and beyond that a butler sink with the electrical and plumbing connections all stand. I was careful to check the distance the hose and electrical lead would have to travel which was easily within one metre; about 75cm in fact. The installation guys turned up there was a lot of head shaking and sharp intakes of breath. "Oh no... can't do that... your hoses are not long enough- you'll need a kitchen fitter to do that..." and "No …. can't do that... we'd have to move your washing machine..." Really??? I accepted what they were saying and suggested I wanted to cancel the whole order and I'd go to John Lewis who I'm sure from previous experience would install the machine no problem. They refused that saying as they'd now unpacked the machine and brought it into the house they couldn't cancel the order and I'd need to talk to Amazon about a return separately. They were polite and organised a refund on the installation costs there and then. However I was left with a dishwasher sitting in the middle of my kitchen. Luckily a friend of mine recommended a local plumbing company who came round and installed the new machine and took the old one away no problem. And they only charged slightly more than the Amazon service would have cost. So- Amazon- can I suggest you clarify your installation service requirements to make it clear your install crews will only do the most straightforward simple job; that is, all the connections need to be directly behind the dishwasher space and the installation will rigidly adhere to no more than simply pulling out the old dishwasher- connecting the new dishwasher and pushing it in. So well done Amazon for selling a good product at the most competitive price. However your installation service is not fit for purpose.

That’s what I expected
It was time to replace my 10 years old Neff dishwasher This dishwasher it’s very similar to my old one, but much better. Upgraded version. It’s have very good functionality, many washing programs, and you can also download even more programs from the Internet app. Very nice connectivity to your phone through the app, which allows you to scan the washing process or start a new program remotely, and even more… I will recommend it

Finally... a dishwasher of my very own!
Not for the faint-hearted! Finally took the plunge and ripped out the old slide-out rubbish bins. Installation took the best part of a day, but ovens had to be removed, and cupboard carcasses stripped out! .....as for the machine; this thing is a tank! So glad I splashed the extra cash for a Bosch. The door kit WAS included in the end despite me being told it wasn't.... by Bosch. It was returned for a refund. With the 3rd tray - the cutlery basket is done away with, and it REALLY makes a difference to capacity. Lots of things move and unclip, making the space extremely versatile too. The whole top basket has 3 heights it can be set at to balance capacity with clearance on the bottom. VERY quiet, almost silent and the floor projection is cool... well, I think so, the kids are totally unimpressed!

Nice neat machine
Fitted with ease, adjustable middle shelf really helpful, cutlery draw is so much easier than a basket and remote control seemed like an unlikely extra but has proved very useful. Because the controls are hidden, the end time light projections is also a really useful. Overall a great quiet and slimline dishwasher.

DON'T BUY INSTALLATION
AS other buyers pointed,I had same experience with the installation crew.Basically waste of time. They will install it ONLY if you have the in and out water pipes ready and if they are close to the space where the dishwasher will be located.Make sure you have a T adapter from your input pipe to connect the dishwasher in case it goes to the sink tab as well and an output water pipe free for the dishwasher draining pipe.Otherwise they are going to refuse the installation and you are going to spend extra time finding another plumber for the installation and wait 3 days until amazon refund you the money back.Dishwasher without any problem perfect cleaning, reliable brand and performance.
