Ashwagandha based “Relax” capsules.
Positives:- Suitable for vegans. Contains Vitamins B12, B5, B3, and Magnesium. And also extracts of Ashwagandha Root, Lemon Balm, Chamomile, plus L-Theanine from Green Tea. Capsules are easy to swallow. Good use by date - “best before end 08/2025”. Negatives:- Bottle is made of plastic, not glass. Unknown country of manufacture. Observations:- Came in a sealed plastic bottle inside an attractive cardboard box, which was overprinted with very comprehensive information relative to the product. However, although that information contains details of the Distributor, there is no mention of the Country where it was manufactured. Conclusion:- These easy to swallow capsules contain a good blend of vitamins and extracts for use as a “Relax” food supplement, and, IMO, at the time of writing this review, this product was reasonably priced for a bottle of 60 capsules - 30 days supply. As a vegan, products containing Vitamin B12 are an essential part of my diet, and 2 capsules per day include 400% of its NRV (Nutrient Reference Value). However, I do prefer products to be provided in glass bottles, and not ones made of plastic. Also, regarding food supplements, I do like to know where they were manufactured, because some countries have much higher Food Standards Regulations than others.

Quality ingredients list
It is really hard to say whether something like this works as it may just be a coincidence that when you take them your life is going through an easier time so it makes it hard to discern if they have had an impact or not. Alternatively, you are going through a truly stressful time and so something that works in a gentle fashion like this might not pack the immediate punch that makes it noticeable, whilst at the same time actually having a positive reduction on your overall stress, even if it didn't make it go away completely. But, all of that said, one only has to take a look at the ingredient list to figure that the chances of this combination not having some kind of positive impact is hard to imagine. There is tha to old fallback faithful when it comes to anything stress related, i.e. ashwagandha, and magnesium which is also regularly found in anything to do with stress and relaxation, and then we have various B-Vitamins, lemon balm, chamomile, and l-theanine. Quite a list. I've had them for several weeks now, and overall I'd have to say my stress does seem to have been down, but I can't guarantee that this is down to taking these as there are obviously so many other factors, but I will keep on taking them and see how it goes.

So much better than the powders and teas separately.
Ashwaganda, chamomile and lemon balm, with a bunch of extra vitamins added in for good measure. I'm like a chihuahua in a ball pit - massively overwhelmed by literally everything. I know ashwaganda works well on its own as I've tried it in powder and gummy form, and chamomile and lemon balm have been recommended to me before. I hate tea, though, so this perfect trifecta in pill form is great for me to calm down in the evening. They're easy enough to swallow, and while they taste as bad as every other vitamin does, it's still much better than sucking down a cup of hot grass water, so I'm all for it. £25 will only get you a month's supply, which is pretty hefty, but WELL worth it in comparison to forcing myself to take the powdered ashwaganda.
