I’ve been taking this particular brand of creatine monohydrate off and on for a year, with good results. SunWarrior is a trustworthy brand, and the price (on Amazon) is an outright bargain. Most serious athletes recommend 5 grams per day. I use a half scoop daily, so approx 2.5 grams per day. The fine mist powder dissolves effortlessly in my morning hot coffee. I’ve also tried this with plain water which also works. I’ve cycled off a few times to monitor and rule out a placebo effect. I’ve concluded that the product improves my workout performance and muscle strength. It gives me a slight ‘pump’ look, if you know what I mean. Your mileage may vary, but it works for me!

You can find cheaper creatine’s at Costco and other stores, but my experience has led me to believe that you pay for what you get. Many of them are so chalky I could barely force myself to consume, ended up, throwing away several batches and went back to a slightly more expensive, but smooth, smooth creatine.

I was hoping this would be completely unflavored and not have a weird taste like other unflavored things do. I have issues swallowing pills and for creatine gummies usually you have to take a few gummies for one serving. This unflavored powder packets are great, literally unflavored in my drinks! No clumps, no chalky taste, dissolves quick. No more choking on a pill or filling my stomach with gummies!!

Really like this so far because it mixes in well with other drinks and you can’t taste it at all. I read that some people can get stomach issues from creatine. I did find myself burping more the first few times taking it but nothing major just like I drank a fizzy drink or something. Can’t speak about the results just yet since I hear it takes about a month to really get into your body (that’s why ppl go through a “loading” phase - I didn’t) but I hope I get the gains I want after a few months. Not expecting any magic tricks just a quality supplement. Would recommend.

This product is a worthy successor to plenty of creatine powders that have come before this one. This supplement is exactly what I wanted and needed. I'll only get this creatine from now on. I acknowledge that there are equally great products on the market, such as one from a great physical therapist and strength coach.. but this is right for me and I have loyalty to this brand. Reasonable price for such a high quality product. You get what you pay for, and in this case, you get greatness, in regards to pricing and quality.

Love this creatine! I've noticed a significant difference with my fitness and cognition after using it. This creatine in particular also seems to work better than other brands, as well.

Gave me more stamina for my workouts. Also had a medium TBI and read creatine might have some benefits for memory, concentration. Will see if notice any changes
