These are true to size. I have this brand in other styles. So comfortable. Easy to slip into and really keep me steady walking on uneven surfaces.

I tried these shoes out because they are hands free, slip in shoes. I always sit with my legs pulled up into the chair in what is called "easy pose" in yoga. I need shoes that I can kick off easily, but I need to be able to put them back on just as fast. I need something that is not a house shoe, because sometimes I need to go outside and our property has lots of hills and rough terrain. I wanted something that would be able to handle that. I usually get a sport mule, but they tend to try to slide off when you are going up a hill. I thought I'd try these. The right shoe was great. I could slip in and out of it quickly, but the left one required some serious wiggle to jam my foot into it. I ended up sending these back and was lucky to find a cheaper brand here on Amazon which ended up working great. If you manage to get a matched pair, these would be five star.

Love Kizik shoes. Easy slip on. Good arch support so I can wear them all day. With the all black soles, I wear them with my nicer pants for a dressier look.
