The media could not be loaded. This was my first time using a tag punch, and I was very disappointed. The second card I tried to punch got stuck and the punch would not work. The manufacturer advertises that it can punch through 12 pages or more at a time. I used a single greeting card, and it would not cut it. Frustrated, I got out my pliers and attempted to pull out my card. But it was stuck and would not budge. Then I flipped it over and tried to cut through the back of the card with a utility knife, thinking it would loosen it somewhat. This thing was like the jaws of life. I finally got my screwdriver and took the top off from the bottom and got my card out, but it was too damaged to use any more of it. No instructions were included with the punch. The one I received was defective, and I am returning it.

Within one month of purchasing it, it stopped working very well, and the spring loaded section would not go back up on its own. The cutting edges are not aligned very well to the square so that with thinner paper it rips. Disappointed.

Functional and super easy to use. It is a little hard to open the plastic piece below, but better tight than too loose. It's a good size for scrapbooking. Gives crisp cuts.

This tag punch is so great! It’s a little smaller than I was hoping for but it will still get used a TON!! It will be so useful for wrapping presents and labeling them!It’s incredibly easy to use too! Just put the paper in and push down. Easy peasy!Seems like a really durable design and sturdily made so I think it will last for a long time!

This works as described. I wished the push handle was slightly wider for better control. Still does the job and punches out little stars. Way easier than cutting them out. lol.

I was having difficulties pressing it down to punch out the shape it was hard to do now it’s not working at all and I’m highly disappointed
