A few months in now, it's doing the job as I am sleeping better and feeling more active in the mornings. I would recommend taking this with the mushroom complex too for more focus. Especially if you are sat behind a screen all day.

Brought for cortisol problems . Bit early to tell at min . Not improved sleep pattern .But the 1 thing I've notice is extra seman volume and whiter

It is always a bit tricky reviewing supplements as they can take weeks or even months to take an effect and that effect may be very subtle, also everyone is different so what works for one person may not have the same effect on another. So this review is just about what I found myself. The pills themselves are easy enough to swallow with some water and there’s no nasty aftertaste repeating on you. If you follow the recommended dose of 1 per day, one packet (60 pills) will be enough for 2 months. They are a lot more expensive than other brands I have tried. I usually take Ashwagandha in the morning with my breakfast and find that it helps me stay positive, my mind doesn't race so much. It also doesn't make me feel fatigued during the day. I feel happier, and easier to concentrate. There is nothing to lose and everything to gain from trying Ashwagandha. I have to remind you that I started by saying how it may be effective for one person and maybe not for another, but I can say that it has felt as if it has been beneficial for me personally.
