I love glow recipe, but american-based brands are so frustrating for sunscreens due to the FDA only allowing super old-school filters compared to korean and japanese products. Cons Its an avobenzone/oxybenzone based sunscreen. Which sometimes stings my eyes in some products, and sometimes doesnt. It depends on how oily/greasy a sunscreen is, becuase it will then run into my eyes. This is a very oily sunstick. So it does run into the eyes. Since it runs into my eyes, it stings from the avobenzone and oxybenzone. I took a risk buying it because I needed a smaller sunstick for my purse. Its fine, but not the best quality for the price. I would not want to spend $30 on this again. Especially since when I got it, it expires in 6 months. The fragrance is a bit off-putting as well. I will stick with korean sunsticks which are half the price or less for better products. Pros- Its feels nice applying it. The stick is very smooth and the formula is like a oil-based lip balm texture, which feels cooling when applied. It looks nice on me, but it is very shiny since its an oily formula. But I like the glow. The size is nice and small, so it can fit in a medium sized handbag. It has some promising additional ingredients, like niacinmide. Its is light, but pretty occlusive, so it would suit dryer skin types best. This would probably be too oily for oily skin.
