Solved my pad sticking problems
These are a bit pricey for what they are, but they are a good design. Solved my pad-sticking problems. Easy to use. I like the fact that the shapes allow you some adjustment so you can keep the pads off the seat without putting too much tension on the springs.

Great for all Sax players!
I am a woodwind teacher and have always had trouble with my G#/Ab key sticking. I keep my horn clean, so it is really unnerving to be playing and wondering when the thing is going to stick. I saw Key Leaves and thought it was worth a try, they aren't expensive, so I'd take a gamble. I put them on my alto and they were easy to install - just slip them under the key arms and VOILA! Your keys are up and able to air dry between playing sessions. They work perfectly inside the case, or while the horn is sitting out. They are easy to remove when it is time to start playing. They seem durable, and the silicon will be easy to keep clean, just throw them in the dishwasher! And, they work! My keys don't stick, and they no longer make that "smacking" sound indicating stickiness. They work great!

Effective Product!
I like using these Key Leaves key props on my alto sax. They are easy to use and inexpensive. They may not be completely necessary if you already do a good job drying and cleaning your key pads after every playing session, such as with their Spit Sponge product (even more important than propping your keys open!). Some extra assurance against sticky keys never hurts though.

Expensive But Work As Intended
Great product but they seem to be overpriced.

Good solution for a fair price
I gave the sheets four stars to make my review easier to find, as the product has received many five stars. I think they deserve five stars. Why did I do that? Quite simply, to address the price, which some reviewers consider too high. The problem is that they only see and evaluate the final product. They don't understand how expensive it is to produce such a simple tool. From the idea to the first design and the first sample to production, it's a long and expensive journey. You spend a lot of money without knowing if there's a market for the tool. I worked in parts production in the automotive industry for a while and know how expensive the machines are to produce such a part. Hot material is injected under high pressure into a heavy metal mold, which must withstand the high pressure. The process is manual because there is no mass production. Only a few products can be manufactured per cycle. Since no one has such machines in their garage, they hire a specialized company to manufacture custom parts. These companies also want to be paid for their work. Before you've even produced a single saleable part, you've already spent a five- or even six-figure sum. Since I assume that the idea and design of the reed came from a saxophonist, it's all the more understandable that they want to recoup their investment. Therefore, I think the price is reasonable. The product certainly is, as there are already cheap copies on the market. I like the reeds. I used to use paper and saxophone cleaning wipes, which were neither practical nor effective. P.S.: After extended use, I'm still very satisfied, or even happier – no more sticky keys, especially the G# key. I immediately ordered another one for my new saxophone. I also give it five stars, as this product deserves!

Helps pads on saxophone.
Works well to keep certain alto saxophone pads from sticking.

Works perfect and won’t mark up your saxophone. There are fakes out there or copies but the product will last for ever and will prevent your pads from sticking. I’ve been playing for 40 years and this product will help prevent the dreaded sticky G# key - as well as the low C# sticky key and help all the pads (G#,C#, & Eb Keys) last longer. If you know you know but if you don’t these keys pads are prone to rot, mould, tears and generally have to be replace long before many of the rest of the pads so…. Do yourself and your sax a favour and use them. On a separate not please buy the original as you are supporting the company that worked hard to develop it a bring it to market. Plus the money you will save in future repairs and save you the embarrassment of sticky keys when you are playing live, is worth rewarding the genius behind this simple and easy to use product. The bright green means it is easy to find in your case or on a dark stage/ back room floor when putting your instrument away.

Key Leaves Key Props alleviates sticky keys by allowing the pads to dry of the normally closed keys. Key Leaves props them open without touching the sensitive pads. It works well!
