These have been a very helpful addition to my freezer. I suffer from migraines, and these have helped me fall asleep thanks to the cold, but they have also helped my daughter when she got a blood blister on her ear and have helped me cool down after a long day in the heat cooking at the grill. I am very happy I stumbled on these and will definitely buy again.

Hella good! 4 days I had suffered with a migraine so bad I was nauseous, dizzy, no appetite. 45 min in freezer was too long to keep on my head. I folded it, lay my face on it and dozed off for about 30 min. Woke up…NO MIGRAINE! Highly recommend!!!

Love this! Great price! I usually toss and turn when I’m stress. This relaxed my muscles with a cozy and light pressure on my muscles. My sleep has improved and I sleep comfortable. I never tried to put it in the freezer as the gel is naturally cool for me. I can imagine how colder can help with more intense issues like migraines and headaches. I will definitely be taking this when I travel.

Love these. I don't get headaches often but I do use these to help me get to sleep by lowering my core body temp. I have one of these from another brand and it doesn't get nearly as cold as these do. Highly recommend them. Theyre even good for putting on your shoulder or lower back while your laying down. Definitely worth getting and having a few in the freezer just in case!

Used it but the quality is not that great !

The straight equivalence of running your brain under cold water. Great at relieving my migraines and gets cold super quick. I haven’t used the water side of this but works well as a cold pack for your head. One downside though is it does go back to room temp quickly but it’s not an issue for me because after a while, the cold temp does tend to hurt my head again. It does have a bit of a manufacturer smell when you first use it but should go away after a couple uses.

Works as expected; migraines and headaches are gone within 2 minutes of use. I am left feeling fresh and cool thanks to this easy and soft material equally distributing the right amount of coldness to all parts of my head.

I lowkey wish it was a little tighter on my head but that’s probably just me. While it obviously isn’t gonna get rid of a migraine completely it does help tame it and make it more bearable. Definitely can see any light through it so I also like to wear it to sleep.
