Is it fragrance free?

I do not detect a fragrance. I have always used Clinique products and find this concealer comparable.

What shade is Medium golden?

I’m not certain as I am very fair.

The directions on back of the box are covered by a sticker so how is this applied?

You can apply it with a brush, fingers or sponge. I disliked this product. It was dry appearing and oxidized after a minute or two. I tried heavily moisturizing under eye prior to application. I tried mixing a drop of marula oil with a small application size drop of product but was still a no go for me. I tossed mine in the garbage.
