Love the quality and design of pillow, however it would be easier to keep arm on pillow if it had some sort of band to hold it there, to use if needed. Otherwise Pillow is Perfect

I loved the two compartments for ice packs. I used it for my hand and wrist surgery. Able to relax into this product and kept my hand and wrist elevated.
