I’ll start by saying I never write reviews on anything but felt compelled to do so about this product. I’ve tried other wireless CarPlay adapters that were impossible to connect to and would drop service all the time to the point I ripped it out while driving I was so frustrated. This adapter was so easy to pair and the connection is great. I haven’t had a single issue since installation, it works great and not having a cord running to my phone around the shifter is an added plus. I love how compact the unit is and if you like to be neat and tidy with no cords go and get this CarPlay adapter!!

Was honestly surprised how easy this little wireless adapter was to set up—just plugged it into the USB, connected my phone, and that was it. CarPlay pops up automatically every time now, no cables needed! It’s been super convenient and makes my drives way smoother. If your car doesn’t have built-in CarPlay, this is totally worth it.

I have a 2020 Volvo and just hated having a cord to be able to use Apple Play - this is super easy and auto connects every time I turn my car on highly recommend!

Erik exactly as it should. Easy set up and connects automatically. FYI since it’s Bluetooth there is a slight delay with audio to video if watching a video but that’s how it’s been with all my Bluetooth connections. Anyway, great product so far!!

I have a 2019 Hyundai Sonata SEL and this unit works with my Sonata perfectly. If you follow the well-written instructions in the box you will be up and running in about 2 minutes. It's easy to configure the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections and upgrade the firmware if you wish.A couple of points for awareness - at least with my Sonata: The dongle will stay turned on for about 1 - 3 minutes after you turn the car off and lock the doors. There is also some kind of logic with the Sonata USB port and/or the dongle that activates the unit when you unlock the car; or perhaps it turns on when your phone gets close to the car. Anyway, there is some kind of proximity thing going on here that activates the unit as you are getting into the car. (I think it's a feature, not a bug). I want to leave it plugged in and I was concerned about car-battery drain but it looks like it eventually shuts down after a few minutes.It also comes with a little USB-C adapter which is nice (I didn't need it though).Also, if you need the adapter's default Wi-Fi password it is "12345678".In summary - so far, so good. I'll update this review if I learn anything else about this nifty little Car-Play adapter.Update: I downloaded the FCC approval report on this adapter to see what's inside. It has some quality components: 1 GB of RAM; Dual band Wi-Fi (2.4G and 5G); and an ARM Cortex-A7 processor.

I have Apple car play in my Toyota RAV4 but it was not Bluetooth. I purchased this wireless Bluetooth Apple CarPlay adaptor. I love this adaptor performed amazingly on a 4 hour road trip. The unit is small and slides out of place in a console cubby. The best purchase and 100% satisfied.

I was having problems getting my wife's new Iphone 15 to connect for apple playThis device did the trick.Only reason for 4 stars is that you cannot easily switch from one phone to another and you cannot see the car's screen at all if this is plugged in. (a timed out feature could easily have been programmed into the device)Still, would buy again.
