Auf den Bildern wirkt der Wetzstahl deutlich kleiner. Der Zug sieht etwas ungleichmäßig aus, ist aber beim Abziehen nicht zu spüren.

Bought as a present based on experience of one I own. MIne was recommended by a butcher. Still gives me razor sharp kitchen knives after 3-years of use. Requires a bit of skill to use.
