Excellent inverter generator for the money
Excellent light generator. Not quite as quiet as my Honda 3000IS but a fraction of the weight. However, that being said it is not loud either. Just a get decibels more as the Honda is the gold standard at 4 times the cost. I am past break in and only use propane, it is relatively easy to start, runs clean. I use synthetic oil. One surprise is you drain the oil out the oil fill by tilting it. Another user noted the RV outlet was coming loose in use…I have not had any issues with that. I also use a magnetic dip stick so no fines will be circulating and wearing out bearings. It is strong enough to power the trailer A/C with no issues. I have not had enough run time to fully evaluate fuel consumption.

Best value I could find and I’m happy with it
Very pleased with this. Used it to power my RV and did some boondocking. Struggles for a moment when the AC kicks in, as expected, but gets through it and runs everything just fine. It’s pretty quiet (for a generator), especially when not running a big load. I have a larger 7500W unit that isn’t an inverter and that thing is loud. This is way more convenient and you can actually talk around it. It doesn’t seem to make a big difference in power when running on gas vs running on propane, other than it will run a lot longer on a big propane tank than off the small gas tank. I think the runtime on gas while running the AC was 4-6 hours. It’s not light, but its weight is not bad for the size and power. So far it’s started reliably and has been easy to start. My one caveat is the propane quick connect is slightly different than standard an it’s just a touch shorter. This means a regular quick connect won’t snap in. It does come with a regulator and hose that connects straight to a propane tank no problem. I’m considering modifying a quick connect to match the included unit so I can connect it to my RV’s grill connector, but I haven’t done that yet. Seems pretty doable with some grinding.

Work horse
Work horse, runs about 6-8 on a tank of gas. Fairly quiet and light weight. Used to post my tow behind camper. Pushes it all AC lights Fridge.

Very Good, Not Perfect
I bought this to use with my Arctic Fox camper after my built-in four year old Onan LP generator failed twice, the second time the part needed to repair it was no longer being made. The Wen is a reasonable weight, it starts easily and is a strait up bargain for a 3600 dual fuel inverter generator. It is not super quiet, but it is quieter than the Onan. I rated it four stars for a couple of reasons that mainly have to do with my intended usage. First, the 30 amp plug is located in a funky place. The attached pic shows it is impossible to seat the rv plug in the outlet because the panel below the plug sticks out. If left as it is the plug will eventually back out due to vibration. I am going to shave down the rv cable to make it work. My second issue is I was hoping to use my campers propane supply to run the generator. I have a regulated outlet on the rear of the rig to power a grill, propane firepit, etc. I was going to build a strait hose without a regulator to make this happen. Unfortunately, the pic supplied by Wen does not show the huge additional regulator on the LP hose. I assume this is to control the gas flow when in Eco mode. I am going to confirm this with Wen later. Until then, I will be toting a third propane tank around. I definitely recommend this generator. It will run my 10800 but AC if needed. Can get a propane refill, buy some gas. It is safe for today's electronics. Also, I emailed Wen questions before buying it and they generally responded in a couple of days. Update: The generator continues to start without issue….even if the temps are below 40 degrees. I have it hooked to a Flame King 20 pound propane tank with a float valve fuel level gauge, which takes the guesswork out of propane levels. I have seen some pretty eye opening claims about the Wen’s runtime on a 20p/5 gal tank..Wen claims 14 hours! I am seeing about six hours per tank after break in using a mix of eco and regular settings, mostly just charging my camper batteries and my Jackery generator. On the upside, some items that use propane get finicky when the gas levels get low. The Wen starts right up with 1/4 full tank.

Great Generator!
Great generator! Very quiet compared to other generators I have had in the past and it was a good amount cheaper than the others. Easy to use, compact and easy to carry and transport. Very durable and lasts hours on one tank of fuel. Must have for emergencies or even parties in the park!

Quiet and smooth running.
Starts on first or second pull every time. Very well made. You can barely hear it in eco mode and even full load is quieter than my other inverter. (H). It never stumbles and is very smooth. People always comment on how well it runs and sometimes have to walk up to hear if it's even running. All around great inverter and I'm thinking of getting a second so I can connect them for even more power. I've had several generators and this is the best. Hope it keeps running this great for a long time.
